SUCCESS-IN-YOU® FOR TEENS

Help Them Understand Who They Are. Before the World Tells Them Who to Be.

Success-in-You for Teens is a personal-development journey that helps teenagers build greater self-awareness, confidence, responsibility, and direction for the life ahead.

Not another lecture. Not another person telling them what to do. A place where they can begin discovering for themselves.

Teenagers discovering confidence, self-awareness and direction
The Goal We don't put success into young people. We help them discover what's already within them.

The goal isn't to tell them who to become. It's to help them better understand who they are and become more intentional about where they're going.

Welcome to Success-in-You for Teens

Why I Created Success-in-You for Teens.

For more than three decades, we've used behavioral understanding to help adults and organizations better understand people.

Along the way, executives began asking a different kind of question: Could these same principles help their marriages, their families, and their teenagers?

Success-in-You for Teens grew from those conversations.

This isn't about fixing your teenager. It's about helping them discover the potential already within them.
Growing Up Has Changed

Today's Teens Are Capable. They're Also Navigating a Lot.

Teenagers are growing up surrounded by more information, more comparison, more technology, more opinions, and more decisions than previous generations experienced at the same age.

We can't make every decision for them. We can help them develop better tools for understanding themselves and thinking more intentionally.

More Voices Friends, family, school, culture, social media, and the internet all compete for attention.
More Comparison Young people can compare themselves with hundreds of others before the day even begins.
More Decisions Relationships, school, technology, money, identity, and future choices arrive quickly.
More Opportunity With the right understanding and tools, today's teens also have extraordinary possibilities ahead of them.
Your Free Starting Point

Start With Awareness. Watch Decisions Change.

We created three original lessons specifically as a Free Starting Point for families who want to experience the thinking behind Success-in-You before deciding what comes next.

This is not a preview or abbreviated version of the paid course. These are three different lessons with value of their own.

Three thought-provoking lessons. One meaningful place to begin.

Where Self-Awareness Becomes Personal

Your Teen Isn't Like Every Other Teen. Their Experience Shouldn't Be Either.

General principles matter. But personal growth becomes much more meaningful when a teenager begins understanding how those principles apply specifically to them.

ProScan helps your teen better understand their natural behavioral strengths, communication tendencies, needs, motivations, and individual differences.

Rather than comparing themselves with everyone around them, they begin developing a language for understanding themselves.

Powered by PDP Behavioral Technology

Help Them Better Understand the Person They Live With Every Day: Themselves.

Who Is This For?

Skills for Life. Confidence for Now.

Success-in-You isn't only for a teenager who is struggling. Personal development can be just as valuable before a problem ever develops.

01

For the Teen Who May Be Struggling

Sometimes the signs are easy to see. Other times, a teenager may be carrying more than they know how to explain.

Confidence rises and falls with circumstances.
They feel different, misunderstood, or out of place.
Focus, motivation, discipline, or decision-making can be difficult.
They are navigating pressure, comparison, relationships, or uncertainty.
Emotions sometimes arrive before they have time to think.
02

For the Teen Who Seems to Be Doing Just Fine

Growth doesn't have to begin with a problem. Some of the best preparation happens before a setback ever arrives.

You want them to understand themselves more deeply.
You want them to think more intentionally about their choices.
You want to strengthen confidence before pressure increases.
You want practical life tools—not another lecture.
You believe preparation is better than waiting for a crisis.
For Families Who Want Faith Included

The Same Journey. With Optional Faith Companions.

The core Success-in-You for Teens experience is designed to serve families from many backgrounds.

For Christian families and churches who want to connect these life principles more intentionally with faith, we've created additional faith-based companion resources.

Families can choose the companion approach that best fits them without changing the core Success-in-You experience.

One Minute for Me Short teen reflections connected to each lesson for everyday personal application.
One Minute for Me — Faith Edition Teen reflections connecting the lesson with faith, purpose, and personal application.
Family Companion Library Conversation starters, reflections, and activities that help families continue the experience together.
Family Faith Companion Library Family resources designed to continue the conversation through a Christian lens.
The World They're Growing Up In

We Can't Remove Every Pressure. We Can Help Them Prepare.

Growing up has never been simple. Today's teenagers are navigating a world that rarely seems to slow down.

01

More Voices

Friends, school, social media, family, culture, and the internet are all competing to tell them who they should be.

02

More Comparison

Teenagers can measure themselves against hundreds of other people before they even get out of bed in the morning.

03

More Decisions

Choices about relationships, technology, school, money, identity, and the future arrive earlier than many young people expect.

We can't prepare a teenager for every situation they will face. But we can help them better understand themselves, think before they react, make more intentional choices, and know that one difficult moment does not define their future.

You Can Do It, If You Try!

Sometimes encouragement arrives at exactly the right moment. This song is a simple reminder to keep trying, keep believing, and remember that a difficult moment is only one part of a much larger story.

A Thought Worth Remembering

There Is Always More to Live For.

One bad day doesn't define a life. One mistake doesn't determine a future. One painful moment doesn't erase all the possibilities still ahead. And one difficult season doesn't mean the story is over.

Your Next Step

You Can't Prepare Them for Everything. You Can Give Them a Stronger Place to Start.

Give your teenager time to discover, practice, revisit, and grow. Success-in-You isn't something they need to rush through. It's an experience they can understand differently as they grow and as life gives the lessons new meaning.

Questions Parents Often Ask

A Few Things You May Be Wondering

Success-in-You for Teens was designed to be simple to begin, flexible to use, and meaningful for different teens and families.

Is Success-in-You only for teens who are struggling?

No. Success-in-You is for teens who are doing well, teens who are finding their way, and teens who may be working through challenges. Self-awareness, confidence, decision-making, responsibility, and life skills can be valuable long before a problem develops.

What ages is the course designed for?

Success-in-You for Teens is designed primarily for ages 13–19 and can be used by teens in traditional schools, homeschool environments, and other learning settings.

What will my teen actually learn?

The experience includes goal setting, self-awareness, mindset, choices and consequences, personal responsibility, purpose and direction, relationships and respect, money and budgeting, emotional awareness, family dynamics, and practical decision-making. ProScan adds personalized behavioral self-awareness.

How quickly does my teen need to complete the course?

There is no reason to rush. Success-in-You is self-paced. We encourage teens to reflect, practice what they are learning, and return to lessons as life gives those lessons new meaning.

What is the difference between monthly and full-year access?

Both options provide the complete Success-in-You experience. Monthly access is $29 per month and provides flexibility to continue month by month. “Discover Who You Are” unlocks after Month 2. Full-year access is $147 and provides 12 months of access with immediate access to “Discover Who You Are.”

How does the course approach relationships and development?

The course approaches development and relationships through respect, boundaries, emotional awareness, attraction, personal responsibility, and intentional choices. It is designed to help teenagers think more carefully about themselves and other people without turning the experience into an explicit sex-education course.

Is Success-in-You a religious course?

The core Success-in-You experience is values-based and character-focused, but it is not affiliated with a specific religion or belief system. For Christian families who would like to bring faith more intentionally into the experience, optional faith-based companion resources are available.

Does a parent need to participate?

Parents do not need to sit beside their teen for every lesson. Part of the experience is giving teenagers room to think and reflect for themselves. Family involvement can make the journey even more meaningful, however, which is why the Family Companion resources provide conversation starters, reflections, and activities without turning the experience into another parental lecture.

What about teens who learn or process differently?

Success-in-You recognizes that teenagers do not all think, learn, respond, or communicate in the same way. The experience encourages self-understanding rather than labeling or comparison. Success-in-You is a personal-growth and decision-making experience, not therapy, diagnosis, or a replacement for professional care.
