SUCCESS-IN-YOU® EDUCATION

Preparing Students for Life. Not Just the Next Test.

Success-in-You Education gives students, families, teachers, schools, homeschool organizations, and communities a practical personal-development experience designed to help young people better understand themselves and prepare for the life ahead.

Academic education helps students understand the world. Success-in-You helps them better understand themselves within it.

Teen students learning and preparing for life

Schools provide the academics. Success-in-You adds personal discovery, self-awareness, and practical life principles.

Preparing Young People for More

Education Is About More Than What Students Know.

Young people also need opportunities to understand themselves, recognize their strengths, make thoughtful decisions, communicate, develop responsibility, and prepare for the life ahead.

Success-in-You complements academic education with practical personal-development experiences students can carry beyond the classroom.

Academics prepare the mind. Life principles prepare the person. Young people need both.

THEN • NOW • WHAT'S NEXT

Education has changed dramatically.

Growing Up Hasn't Become Any Easier.

The classroom has evolved from blackboards and textbooks to laptops, digital learning, artificial intelligence, and instant access to almost unlimited information. Yet students still wrestle with timeless questions: Who am I? What am I good at? Why am I different? What choices should I make? What matters to me? Where am I going?

Perhaps the next evolution in education isn't simply helping students know more. It's helping them better understand themselves.

THE STUDENT AT THE CENTER

Understanding Changes Everything.

“Feeling misunderstood often leads to feeling disliked, creating barriers that may not reflect reality. For this reason, people of all ages need to be understood.”

— DON CROSBY

BUILT FOR THE CLASSROOM — NOT ADAPTED TO IT

One Classroom. Two Coordinated Experiences.

The student has a learning journey. The teacher or facilitator has a guiding journey. Both are designed to work together.

FOR THE STUDENT

Personal Discovery

Students move through an experience built around reflection, behavioral self-awareness, practical principles, and real-life application.

  • Success-in-You lessons
  • ProScan behavioral self-awareness

  • Real-life application

FOR THE TEACHER / FACILITATOR

A Structured Facilitation Journey

Educators have their own coordinated structure so they know what students are experiencing and how to guide the learning without having to build the program themselves.

  • Lesson-by-lesson guidance
  • Preview what students are about to experience
  • Suggested lesson introductions
  • Discussion direction
  • Classroom conversation guidance
  • Facilitation resources
  • Support throughout the student journey

The student does the discovering.
The teacher helps create the environment for discovery.

THE FACILITATOR EXPERIENCE

The Teacher Has a Journey Too.

This is one of the most important differences in the Success-in-You Classroom Edition.

Teachers and facilitators aren't simply given access to student lessons and expected to figure out what comes next. They have their own structure working alongside the classroom experience.

They can see where students are going, prepare for what is coming, and help turn individual discovery into meaningful classroom conversation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Bringing Success-in-You Into Education

What is the difference between Family Edition and Classroom Edition?

Family Edition is designed primarily for an individual teen and family. Classroom Edition is designed for schools, classrooms, homeschool co-ops, youth organizations, and other group-learning environments. Classroom Edition includes both the student experience and the coordinated teacher/facilitator experience.

What does the teacher or facilitator receive?

Teachers and facilitators have their own structured journey working alongside the student experience. It helps them understand what students are about to experience, prepare for lessons, introduce discussions, and guide classroom reflection and application.

Is the facilitator experience a separate product?

No. The teacher/facilitator experience is built into Classroom Edition. The student and facilitator journeys are coordinated as one classroom experience.

Does the teacher have to teach every lesson directly?

The student does much of the discovering through the Success-in-You learning experience. The teacher or facilitator helps create the environment for discovery through introductions, conversations, reflection, and application.

What role does ProScan play?

ProScan adds personalized behavioral self-awareness. It helps students better understand natural behavioral strengths, communication preferences, needs, motivations, and individual differences, making the broader life principles more personal and relevant.

The core Success-in-You experience is designed to serve students and families from many backgrounds. Optional Christian faith-based companion resources are available for families and organizations that choose to use them.

How does Education Partnership Pricing work?

Education Partnership Pricing provides 15% savings for 11–25 students, 30% for 26–100 students, and 50% for 101 or more students. Larger initiatives can be structured through a custom partnership.

Can we begin with one classroom or smaller group?

Yes. A school or organization can begin with a classroom or smaller group and expand as it determines how Success-in-You best fits its students.

How do we get started?

Begin with a conversation about the students you want to serve, the learning environment, and the size of the initiative. We can help determine whether Family Edition, Classroom Edition, or a larger Education Partnership is the right starting point.
